I am PhD graduated in analytical chemistry, and engineer belonging to the ToxAlim research centre in food toxicology (Toulouse, France) from the National Institute of Agronomic Research (INRA), and responsible of NMR facilities. My current research interests are related to the application of NMR to metabolomic studies in the field of food toxicology.
